Responsibilities:

• Design and Detailing of Process Equipments (Pressure vessels, Drums, Process separation Columns, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Tanks etc), Skids Package and Structural.
• Design & detailed engineering of equipment’s such as Separators, Filters, knock out drums, LP & HP pressure vessel, Liquid seal drums, Air receiver, Slug Catcher, Pig traps, Storage tanks, Boiler stack, Chemical Injection Package, instrument air package & etc.
• To ensure technically sound and cost effective engineering. Monitor and ensure the timely progress of jobs at design stage.
• Reviewing of GA, fabrication drawing, Bill of material, Plate cutting layout, transportation drawing& sub vendor fabrication drawing.
• Design of Boiler, Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Storage Tank As per ASME&API Standards with “U” Stamp for Pressure vessel & “S” Stamp for Boilers
• Design & Detailing of Boiler & Pressure vessel as per IBR,ASME SEC-I,VIII
• Conversant with design codes like ASME Div 1 & Div 2, TEMA, API 620 & 650, WRC 107 & 297, PD5500, ANSI, Client/consultant Standards like SHELL, EIL, ARAMCO, ADNOC

Responsibilities

• Shall be in charge of designing the Plant, layout and piping of a whole project or a part of it.
