This project was focused on Mobility Solutions for IoT Driven Smart Plant. Our customer was a major chemical conglomerate who had taken the plunge to build a next generation chemical plant empowered by IoT, remote monitoring, data analytics, cloud enablement and mobile solutions. Our mobility solutions were driven by cloud enabled real time data from plant equipment, instrumentation and control systems combined with edge computing. They armed plant managers and operators with timely recommendations to execute real time intervention and preemptive action to improve performance and substantially reduce down time

What we did

We were entrusted with the responsibility to develop mobility solutions for an IoT driven smart plant. Our dedicated team consisted of business consultants, process domain experts and experts in Next-Gen technologies. Our mobility solutions were driven by cloud enabled real time data from plant equipment, instrumentation and control systems combined with edge computing. We developed cloud based dashboards for live monitoring of critical parameters with customized views for plant operators, plant managers and top management. These dashboards empowered plant managers and operators with timely recommendations to execute real time intervention and preemptive action to improve performance and substantially reduce down time. Our customer was absolutely delighted with our performance on this project and the substantial payoffs it will provide in the years to come.

  • Piping: Preparation of  Pipe Design, Piping Layout, 3D Model, Pipe Isometrics, Material Specifications, Material Takeoff, Pipe Stress Analysis and Report, Pipe Tie-in Drawings
